How your order ships

The times below are working days from dispatch in Guangzhou, plus 2–3 processing days unless the item is already in stock. They cover courier parcels only.

Samples and small parcels

Samples and small orders go by courier on the lanes in the table, where the lane accepts the product, its battery and its packed weight; your quotation sets the route for your goods. Sample preparation time at the factory is set per model on your quotation.

Bulk orders

Production runs move by air or sea freight on their own schedule. Ask for a freight quotation with your carton count, gross weight and destination port.

Battery and power configuration

For the current range, the M102R hand-pump set needs no power; the electric-pump version uses a rechargeable pump. The M1001-R and M169-R include rechargeable 5,000 mAh batteries. The M103-R is plug-in and has no onboard battery. The discontinued 153 pair is also rechargeable. Battery-containing configurations can face different carrier and route requirements, so your quotation sets the freight method for the exact product, pump or battery configuration.

Transit time by destination

Working days from Guangzhou dispatch. “Not available” means that service is not on our current lane list for that destination, not that we cannot ship there; ask and we will look at the options.

Notes

The times describe courier parcel movement only and are not a delivery guarantee. A destination appearing here does not confirm that every product, battery, packed weight, bulky item or postcode is accepted on that route; the exact goods, packing, quantity, destination and freight method are set on your quotation.

Times are a guide and change with carrier capacity, customs and seasonal peaks. Nothing here is a contractual delivery commitment; the applicable times and terms are the ones written on your quotation.
