Scope before promise

Bring a brief we can verify.

This page is a project-intake route, not a blanket claim that every private-label, packaging or product change is available. Feasibility and terms are confirmed against the selected model.

Start with the platform

Define what stays standard and what must change.

The fastest useful reply separates the existing product from your requested colour, label, pack, accessory or construction change. For 102R, begin with the standard full set and name every departure.

01

Product baseline

Model, colour, included pump, target user, destination market and reference sample.

02

Brand and artwork

Logo location, file format, colours, label text, barcode needs and artwork owner.

03

Retail pack

Pack style, insert, language, marks, carton labels and any drop or transit test requirement.

04

Approval gate

Sample owner, acceptance checklist, change-control rule and the signed reference that production follows.

Quotation contents

Ask for one document that closes the commercial gaps.

A usable quotation should identify the exact configuration and make clear which requested changes were accepted, rejected or priced as separate work.

Commercial

  • Price and currency
  • Minimum order by variant
  • Sample and tooling charges
  • Trade term and payment terms

Production

  • Sample timing
  • Production timing after approval
  • Artwork cut-off
  • Inspection timing and location

Identity

  • Contracting company
  • Invoice issuer and payee
  • Manufacturing site for the order
  • Exporter or shipper where different

Send the smallest complete brief.

Model, quantity, destination, requested changes, target date and document list are enough for a useful first review.
