Yes. Ask for sample availability, the sample cost, courier and timing with your quotation, and approve the colour, fit, pump, label and retail pack on the sample before production. For a custom (OEM) project, samples start from 1 piece, and the minimum for your project is confirmed on the quotation.

Yes, from 1,000 pieces. Send the model, quantity, logo and printing method, packaging format and artwork, and the quotation sets the logo, packaging and sample charges, production timing and after-sales terms. Below 1,000 pieces we supply unbranded, or under the factory's own brands: several models are sold in China as GINEKOO or TEMPSNUG.

The cost of goods is paid in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation are paid in full before the goods ship.

They are indicative prices per unit, ex-works, so you can budget before you enquire: $16 per set with the electric pump for the M102R, $33 a set for the M1001-R, $21 a set for the M169-R and $12 a piece for the M103-R, each at the 500-unit price tier. Your quotation prices your configuration, quantity, branding and destination, with freight and duty added separately.

Samples and small orders go by courier, and the shipping page lists transit times from Guangzhou by destination. Bulk orders go by air or sea freight, quoted with your carton count, gross weight and destination port; a complete quotation gives the unit pack, units per carton, carton size, gross weight, total cartons, pickup point, trade term and who handles export documents.

No current product certification is claimed. Earlier CE and UKCA certificates were issued for a customer's own project; they are held in that customer's name, cannot be shared, and that testing has not been repeated since. The factory offers to re-test in its own name for your order: send the model, configuration and destination so the required testing, documents, cost and timing are agreed before you commit. Earlier customer documents are not approval for your configuration.

Seven, on the workshop page: two granted utility-model patents with their grant notices, the business licence (credit code 91440300MADDJW45XY, registered in Shenzhen on 6 March 2024), a Class 10 trademark application acceptance and a Class II medical-device business filing. The patents name no model, and the other documents cover the company rather than individual products.

We sell them as support and comfort products, not as treatment for any condition. The factory's Chinese Class II filing is a company trade permit rather than a product approval, so if you plan to sell them as medical devices, settle the classification with a qualified adviser in your market first.

A full set: the belt, a pump, an extension strap, the manual and a retail box. The pump is either the version 2.0 gold hand pump, which needs no power at all, or a rechargeable electric pump with its charger and cable. Ask for the current specification sheet if you need materials, worn dimensions or fit range in writing.

The belt is the same in both sets, and the factory says the supplied hand and electric pumps swap directly on it. The electric-pump set is $16 a set, ex-works, at 500 sets. The hand pump needs no power and keeps the weight down, 695 g a set against 745 g and 14.7 kg a carton against 16.2 kg, and the hand-pump set is quoted for your quantity.

They are the weight and size of the product in its own box: on the M102R, 695 g a set with the hand pump and 745 g with the electric, in a 275 × 198 × 74 mm box. For the four models in production we also publish the export carton; the M102R packs 20 sets to a 562 × 387 × 376 mm carton at 14.7 kg with the hand pump and 16.2 kg with the electric. The box size is not the worn size of the belt.

The factory says the hand pump and electric pump it supplies in its M102R sets fit the same M102R belt and swap directly. That does not cover the separate accessory pumps or other belt models, so tell us the exact pump and belt and we confirm the combination on your quotation; to check it yourself, ask for a valve close-up and a connection and leakage test on the sample.

The factory gives an approximate 29–49 inch waist range for its belts; the M169-R is one size with extensions, and the M103-R is one size with elastic fastening straps. Confirm which belt version and extension setup that range covers before ordering, and ask for measured fit information and the current manual for your exact model, because one size does not guarantee a fit for every wearer.

Yes: the factory states that the M1001-R, M169-R and M103-R have timer options and switch off at the selected time. Formal temperature, runtime and automatic switch-off test reports have not been supplied, so a timer is not evidence of tested overheating protection.

Testing is scoped for your order: send your target market and the tests you need, and the scope, cost and timing are agreed for the exact version. The factory is still refining the M169-R exterior and arranges its safety and performance testing after the final version, and it has no detailed safety or performance report yet for the M103-R.

Cleaning methods, permitted uses and restrictions depend on the exact model. The factory can provide current manuals on request; ask for the applicable manual before approving a sample. Do not assume the same washing method or use limits apply to every model.

It is an earlier compression belt with steel-plate reinforcement and no pump or air columns, in grey, in sizes M, L and XL. It is no longer in production, so ask whether any can still be supplied; it has no model number, so an enquiry names it by description.
