What the workshop makes
Four models are in production, and the inflatable belt is the highest-volume line.

- M169-R red-light heated knee support, 660 nm red and 850 nm infrared.
- M103-R red-light heating pad, 350 × 180 mm, plug-in.
In the workshop
The clips show pressing, cutting and stitching in the workshop; the workflow and inspection plan for your model are agreed with the order.
Pressing and die cutting
High-frequency presses form the material, and a die-cutting press cuts the component shapes.
Four-needle stitching
Support components are sewn and finished at stitching workstations.
Component assembly
Inflation components and accessories are matched to the agreed product configuration.

Product, logo, accessories and packaging are checked against the approved order reference. Agree the incoming, in-process and final checks, defect handling and retained samples in your order's quality plan.

The seven documents are held by Shenzhen Xinlikang Technology Co., Ltd., with personal details, addresses and barcodes removed. They cover the company and its designs rather than individual products, so ask us for any product test report your own market needs.
The business licence registers the company; it says nothing about production capacity, export rights or product quality.
